A Venice, Calif., home held in legendary rock icon Cher’s trust recently sold for just under $2 million.
Barely even on the market, the remodeled contemporary went into escrow only nine days after appearing on the market. To make matters even more impressive, it sold for $100,000 above the original asking price.
The home—rumored to be the previous home of one of Cher’s children, Elijah Blue—includes sliding glass walls that transform indoor space to outdoor space, as well as an outdoor shower, a rooftop deck with a built-in barbecue, sink and refrigerator in case hunger hits while sunbathing.
