According to Light, the sooner real estate businesses adopt digital technology, the more competitive they’re going to be in the long run.
“As with anything on the Internet, the earlier you do it, the better,” says Light. “I’ve got people who have been doing video for eight years and their videos are all over the place. They have thousands of hits as they keep getting found. The longer you wait, the more competition there will be.”
