Prudential Select Properties, a provider of residential real estate services to the Greater St. Louis region, recently announced the launch of Select Leasing and Management. The property management and leasing service is designed to provide more incentives to clients to lease their home by providing them with a dedicated property management specialist to ensure the client’s home is looked after in a professional manner.
Joe Kelso will serve as the Leasing and Management director. Kelso has been rehabbing and managing single-family since 2008. His experience gives him an expert’s knowledge of the leasing and property management business.

The initiative will offer an array of both property management and leasing services to property owners.

For clients wishing to lease, the program provides pre-work, marketing and tenant-finding services. It also takes care of application reviews and background screenings, paperwork and handles the final steps to ensure a tenant is qualified to rent.
