Editor’s Note: This is part one of a four-part series highlighting video training sessions and creative-use ideas, created by San Diego-based Century 21 Award for their agents in using RISMedia’s Content Solutions and specifically RISMedia’s RREIN platform.
This month we’d like to share with you some specific examples of the creative ways some of the nation’s leading brokers are helping their agents utilize the many features of RISMedia’s Broker Content Solutions.
Brokers know that when it comes to the success of their business, ongoing training for agents is a key element for both recruiting and retention efforts as well as for differentiation among consumers. But beyond that, the right kind of agent training is essential for those brokerages that are part of a new breed, those dedicated to refurbishing and advancing the provision of real estate services to new levels.
A clear leader on that front is Century 21 Award in San Diego. Through its daily, brief training videos on how to set up and use the platform to generate websites, consumer newsletters, download and share content and more, agents are provided step-by-step information, “One Byte at a Time,” (their series name – we love that!) in order to simplify the process and get them up and running quickly and effortlessly.
Tassia Bezdeka, Century 21 Award Director of Technology Development and Social Marketing, creates the videos and notes the RISMedia Content Solutions platform helps reinforce agents’ and brokers’ top-of-mind status among clients. Century 21 Award is really digging into the many creative ways to utilize RISMedia’s Broker Content Solutions.
Check out this 3-minute video on setting up the platform’s “Resource Center,” a content-rich popup website that brokers and agents can launch from their main website and contains consumer-focused real estate news and videos, plus weekly customize consumer bulletins, real estate Q&As and more, all customized with the agent’s logo, contact information and featured links.
“From a brokerage standpoint, we have recently launched a blogging campaign featuring articles found in RISMedia Resource Center,” Bezdeka explains. “Every Tuesday, we post a blog using the weekly Consumer Bulletin provided by [the platform], which is formatted to attribute a broker as the source of the information. However, we have decided to use this as an agent exposure opportunity. So we are rotating through our 15 offices and asking each branch leader to select an agent to be the voice of the blog.”
Once content is approved by the agent, it is posted on the company’s blog with their individual branding. Century 21 Award also tags the agent’s own web page when it syndicates the post on its company Facebook page.
