Reading Time: 2 mins read

Carrington Real Estate Services, LLC (Carrington), recently announced that Wendy Forsythe, executive vice president and head of global operations for the full-service national real estate brokerage, will serve as a special guest on The Power Is Now online radio broadcast scheduled to air on September 15, 2014 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon PT.

Forsythe will discuss Carrington’s new breed of real estate with The Power Is Now host and executive producer Eric Lawrence Frazier. Forsythe will also speak with Frazier about her introduction into real estate, the history of Carrington, the Carrington brokerage business model, and the Carrington value proposition.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Forsythe possesses a unique combination of knowing what works and anticipating what real estate professionals will require in order to succeed in this evolving market. Prior to joining Carrington, she was instrumental in guiding the operational discipline and growth of hundreds of residential real estate offices and thousands of associates and brokers at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Royal LePage Real Estate and Realty World.

In her current role at Carrington, Forsythe is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the fast-growing real estate brand, and developing and refining business processes, recruiting, training, and overseeing web strategy, as well as consumer relationships in order to expand the company’s presence into new markets. Forsythe’s talents for building and developing products and services are deeply rooted in her own experiences as an agent, manager, broker, owner and brand executive.
“We are delighted to have the opportunity to speak with Carrington’s Wendy Forsythe about how her unique background laid the foundation and provided the motivation for her to become an accomplished real estate executive at a leading national brokerage,” says Eric Lawrence Frazier, The Power Is Now host and executive producer. “Our program, created to be a resource for real estate agents looking to grow and improve their businesses, is the perfect platform for Wendy to offer expert insight on the real estate profession and the new breed of real estate.”
