RISMEDIA, November 3, 2014–RE/MAX Gateway is pleased to announce class registration for The NEW Agent, a fully inclusive instructional course created specifically for RE/MAX Gateway beginning on Nov 11, 2014. RE/MAX Gateway continues to support real estate agents throughout Northern Virginia. Course participation is open to all real estate agents, regardless of brokerage affiliation. Developed by industry expert Scott MacDonald and Broker Success Kit® this 3 week course is specifically designed to help real estate agents build a fundamentally sound business, develop habits, attitude and skills they need to serve buyers and sellers at a deeper level, and the practical applications necessary for a real estate agent.
Facilitated by Scott MacDonald, Broker/Owner/President of RE/MAX Gateway, The NEW Agent training is delivered by personal instruction by Scott MacDonald and other real estate professionals, who teach participants the principles, strategies and how-tos they need for the multi-faceted career of real estate. In addition to lecture content, classroom time is devoted to group discussion and brain storming, practicing critical thinking skills to better serve the home buyers and sellers throughout Northern Virginia, and helpful tools essential for practicing real estate.
Throughout the program, students also complete action steps that help them apply the principles the have learned. The expected result from The NEW Agent is that each participant will have gained an overall understanding of the multi-dimensional aspects of a real estate transaction and career, feel empowered with the necessary skills to build both a successful real estate business and offering of their services to Northern Virginia renters, landlords, buyers, and sellers.
