One of the world’s leading luxury real estate firms, Engel & Völkers, has announced its first New Jersey brokerage in Monmouth County, adding to its growing network as the European-based brand continues to expand in new markets throughout North America.
The area’s leading luxury real estate brokerage, Critelli REALTORS® has joined the brand as Engel & Völkers Monmouth County. Louis Critelli, the owner of the new shop, brings with him a strong financial background with an MBA and as a former forensic accountant, and 23 years of experience in real estate sales with an emphasis in the luxury home market, waterfront homes, and new construction throughout Monmouth County and Ocean Counties.
“Our new Engel & Völkers Monmouth County brokerage will strengthen our presence in the New York Metropolitan area joining our shops in New York City and Locust Valley,” said Anthony Hitt, CEO Engel & Völkers North America. “Louis and his agents share the same passion for service, excellence and expertise that our brand is known for worldwide. We are extremely excited to have them on board.”
Critelli opened Critelli REALTORS®, a full-service, boutique, luxury real estate company in 2005. Critelli also received recognition as a Presidents Premier Award winner, placing him in the top 1 percent among the 120,000 agents across the country at that time.
“Joining Engel & Völkers means access to an array of world-class marketing and technology tools so that we can provide even greater service for our clients,” said Critelli. “We are proud to be representing all of the great properties and opportunities in Monmouth County as part of a network that includes major North American markets and markets in 38 countries around the world.
