Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Strengthens Midwest Presence

Reading Time: 2 mins read

Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate announced recently the addition of Wichita, Kansas-based brokerage Realty World Alliance to its franchise network. The newly named Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Alliance will continue to serve the Wichita Metro area and surrounding communities. The firm remains under the leadership of owners Greg Fox, Chris Noffert and Brady Barnard, who have established the brokerage as a leader in the local real estate market.

“We are excited to welcome our second Kansas brokerage as we continue to strategically bolster our presence in the Midwest,” says Sherry Chris, president and CEO, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC. “Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Alliance’s commitment to innovation and technology to enhance the agent and consumer experience, in addition to its culture deeply rooted in ethics, is what makes this company such a natural fit within our brand.”

Since its inception in 1998, a strong focus on technology has been at the brokerage’s core and, over the years, it has invested in many tools for home buyers and real estate professionals alike, including an app to help buyers find available houses nearby and a program that helps secure iPads for its affiliated agents to further streamline the company’s operations.

“When we saw the technology tools, marketing capabilities and support that come with being part of the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network, we were blown away,” says Fox.

“The contact management system and recently launched ‘Friendliest Search in Real Estate’ associated with the unprecedented brokerage website offering exemplifies the bold, fresh thinking of this brand. They provide a level of support that will take our company on an exciting path into the future.”

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Alliance has embedded itself within the local Wichita community, from Riverside to College Hill and each residential area in between. Its current offices are located on the East and West sides of Wichita respectively, and the West location contains an on-site training facility for REALTORS®.
