The renowned fashion designer and underwear guru Calvin Klein has snapped up a home in the Hollywood Hills for the totally reasonable price of $25 million.
Located in the prestigious Bird Streets, Klein’s new contemporary spot features a floating catwalk entryway, as well as epic glass walls and soaring 13-foot ceilings.
Designed by Paul McClean, the 9,350-square-foot open-space home includes a dining room with a glass-enclosed wine cellar and a professional screening room. Also included is a “water lounge” decked out with a fireplace, infinity-edge swimming pool and wet bar overlooking a waterfall.
At the tippy top of the home is an observation deck for sunbathing and stargazing.
