John Featherston, President, CEO and Publisher, RISMedia
John Featherston founded RISMedia in 1980 as the residential real estate industry premier source for news and information to the residential real estate, relocation and home services industries. Under Featherston’s leadership, RISMedia has become the leading media organization for breaking news and analysis as well as educational and networking events and marketing and branding solutions for the leading real estate and home services companies throughout the United States. A graduate of Iona College, Featherston is active in several charities locally and worldwide. He and his wife, Sheila reside in Westport, Connecticut.
David Romero, president and CEO, Century 21 Award
David Romero has been a leader in the real estate industry for over two decades and President/CEO of CENTURY 21 Award since 2004. CENTURY 21 Award is a full-service brokerage with 14 office locations and nearly 1,000 agents throughout Southern California. The company’s mission statement (Customers first. Award-Winning Experiences. Always.) and core values (integrity, service, innovation and diversity) encompass the values and ideals of the culture Romero has worked to create at CENTURY 21 Award.
CENTURY 21 Award is active in the community; Romero sits on the Board of Directors for Easter Seals, CENTURY 21 Award works with Make a Wish Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters. David previously sat on the Housing & Redevelopment committee and the Planning Commission for the city of Anaheim.

Randy Courtney, CEO, Courtney Valleywide Properties
Randy Courtney, originally from Indiana, was licensed in 1986 and has been working full-time as a real estate professional every year since. Courtney received his broker license in 1995 and is experienced in all aspects of relocation, REO, trustee sale/foreclosure, short sales, investment rental property acquisition, re-hab, and sale.
Sixty percent of his business is from past clients while 17% is from past client referral. Courtney Valleywide Properties in Tempe, Arizona, has real estate agents throughout the Valley to help clients with all of their real estate needs. In Courtney’s free time, he enjoys mountain and road biking, extreme snow skiing, golf, photography – and of course, developing clients for life.
Rick Davidson, President and CEO, Century 21 Real Estate LLC
Richard W. “Rick” Davidson was appointed president and chief executive officer of Century 21 Real Estate LLC in February 2010. In his role, Davidson leads the world’s largest residential real estate sales organization of approximately 6,900 independently owned and operated franchised broker offices in 75 countries and territories worldwide with more than 102,000 sales professionals. Davidson has served 25 years in the real estate industry.
In addition to his real estate involvement, Davidson currently serves as Chairman, Easter Seals International Board of Directors. He is also actively a Big Brother in in Big Brothers/Big Sisters; and serves as a Base Committee Member of the BSA Northern Tier High Adventure Base.
Howard W. “Hoby” Hanna, IV – President, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services
Hoby Hanna began his career in real estate in 1994 as a sales associate in the company’s Pittsburgh Squirrel Hill office, where he was an office top producer for three consecutive years. In 1999, Hanna became regional manager of Operations for the Valley Region of the company, overseeing 13 offices in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and West Virginia. His experience allowed him to lead the charge for acquisitions such as Smythe Cramer in 2003, Realty One in 2008, and Edward Surovell Realtors in 2012, as well as 27 other acquisitions of various sizes. Currently, as president of Howard Hanna, Hanna directs business and operational efforts throughout Ohio and Michigan. In addition, he oversees land development operations, works closely with Howard Hanna Mortgage, Barristers of Ohio Title & Escrow Services, Howard Hanna Insurance and oversees the commercial company and property management divisions.
Crain’s Cleveland Business has named Hoby to their “Forty under 40” list as well their “150 Most Influential People” list in both 2011 and 2012. He has been featured in Smart Business for his customer-centric real estate approach.
Internally, he spearheaded the development of Howard Hanna’s new intranet site called “GoHanna,” which provides cutting-edge technology to the sales associates. Hanna is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the Leadership Development program at Yale University.
Kuba Jewgieniew, CEO, Realty ONE Group
From an early age, Kuba Jewgieniew’s parents instilled in him a great work ethic and the drive to relentlessly pursue his passions. Using these lessons, he became the first in his family to graduate college. While in school, Jewgieniew became a stockbroker until becoming interested real estate market.
In Jewgieniew’s first year as an agent, he closed 111 transactions and over $30 million in sales. But in spite of the success, he discovered he was tired of the way the industry worked and had to hassle with unusual commission fees. At the age of 28, Jewgieniew opened Realty ONE Group, a full-service residential real estate brokerage.
Since 2005, Realty ONE Group has experienced tremendous growth while focusing on its “agent first, client first” thinking. Realty ONE Group’s belief that everyone and everything matters has landed them in INC. 500’s fastest growing companies. What’s next? By the end of 2020, Realty ONE Group plans to span across 10 countries with over 25,000 agents.
Pam O’Connor, President & CEO, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®
Pam O’Connor, SCRP has managed the networks which ultimately were consolidated into Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® for over 28 years. Pam has been named one of the top 25 thought leaders by the National Association of Realtors. She also ranks 27th on the Swanepoel Power 200, a ranking of the most powerful people in real estate. She is a Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) and has served on the board of directors and executive committee of Worldwide ERC. She has received ERC’s Meritorious Award, President’s Award, and Distinguished Service Awards and was named to its Hall of Leaders in May, 2009. Previously, she held marketing positions for WSB-TV television in Atlanta and a major national real estate development firm, as well as co-owning Bryson-O’Connor Public Relations in Atlanta.

Tom Tognoli is a recognized driver and leader in the real estate industry and is passionate about having a positive impact on the lives of everyone he comes in contact with.
