CRS Data has partnered with Intermountain MLS to provide a wide range of extensive property tax data services across Southern Idaho and Eastern Oregon. CRS Data is a leading provider of public record information for real estate, banker and financial professionals in the U.S. The public records company will begin servicing the MLS’s 4,500 members in early 2016.

“We are very excited to partner with CRS Data to provide the most thorough, reliable property tax data available in our area,” says Greg Manship, CEO for Intermountain MLS. “As we grow, our members need access to data quickly and on any mobile device. The CRS Data MLS Tax Suite was able to accommodate our members’ ever-changing data needs.”

CRS Data’s multi-year agreement provides members of the Intermountain MLS with online access to a wide variety of property tax data. From customizable maps, neighborhood and comparables information to in-depth search capabilities, CRS Data’s MLS Tax Suite has been designed for maximum navigation and usability.

Intermountain MLS is the premier source of property services in Southern Idaho and Eastern Oregon.

“We can’t wait to see how our members explore the wide variety of tools and mapping capabilities offered through the CRS Data MLS Tax Suite,” says Manship. “This is just one way we are enriching our members’ offerings to meet the needs of their expanding client base.”

Headquartered in Knoxville, Tenn., CRS Data currently provides access to comprehensive property data resources in more than 12 states and 500 counties. Servicing bankers, MLSs, appraisers, investors, and other specialty financial customers, CRS Data is focused on providing accurate and timely property data, quality products and unparalleled customer service.

“Our team is pleased to service our property tax data in Southern Idaho and Eastern Oregon,” says Jack Jominy, MLS sales executive for CRS Data. “This has been a momentous year of growth for CRS Data and we look forward to going above and beyond our customers’ expectations for service and data delivery.
