RE/MAX has announced it is Entrepreneur magazine’s fastest-growing franchise in real estate, according to Entrepreneur’s 2018 Top Fastest Growing Franchises list. RE/MAX is No. 12 overall in the ranking—above all other franchises in real estate. This is now the fifth straight year RE/MAX has been in the ranking.

Entrepreneur published its latest “Fastest Growing” list in its February issue as a follow-up to its annual Franchise 500 survey, released in January. More than 1,000 franchisors applied for the 39th annual ranking. RE/MAX rose five spots to finish No. 5 in the survey, the highest ranking it has ever achieved, up from No. 10 in 2017, No. 21 in 2016 and No. 75 in 2015. Only McDonald’s, 7-11 Inc., Dunkin’ Donuts and The UPS Store ranked higher. It was the 15th time in 19 years that RE/MAX was the top real estate franchisor in the survey.
