Realty ONE Group has announced Basecamp, its first leadership retreat for affiliated broker/owners, executives and managers, to be held August 12-15 in Dana Point, Calif. Attendees of the three-day event will receive firsthand information on industry trends and marketing techniques, as well as attend keynote sessions with industry influencers, while immersing themselves in the Realty ONE Group culture.
“I am excited that we’ve created a three-day event designed specifically with our leaders in mind,” says Kuba Jewgieniew, CEO/founder of Realty ONE Group. “Realty ONE Group provides a ‘YOU-First Focus’ that is rooted in fostering an environment that nurtures success. To do that, we have to start with our non-competing branch managers and broker/owners as they serve as mentors to our 10,500-plus real estate professionals.”
The event is a precursor to Realty ONE Group’s annual ONE Summit, according to David King, chief brand officer.
“Basecamp will serve as one of two national Realty ONE Group events, with the second being the annual ONE Summit event in Las Vegas, Nev., which is open to everyone in the company,” says King. “After three days, our leaders will leave Basecamp inspired, driven and prepared to ascend the ONE Summit.”
The event, to be held at Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa, is named after the camp located at the base of Mount Everest.
