ERA® Affiliated Brokerage Acquires Mark Allen Realty

Real estate inheritance concept and contract agreement.

ERA Real Estate has announced that its St. Charles, Illinois-based firm, Results Realty ERA Powered, has acquired Chicago independent firm Mark Allen Realty. The company, which will now do business as Mark Allen Realty ERA Powered, is now part of combined operations consisting of three offices and 80 affiliated agents, a release stated. The move expands the company’s service area and increases market share in the Chicagoland area and surrounding counties.

Founded in 2013, Results Realty ERA Powered is owned by Judy Cox, a 25-year real estate veteran. Matt Liss, broker of Mark Allen Realty, will remain with the company, overseeing the transition, a release stated.

“Joining forces with Matt and his associates allows us to expand our reach in Chicagoland and positively impact more lives,” said Cox. “We see tremendous potential in combining our strengths with theirs, creating opportunities to serve more clients, support more agents and foster a greater sense of community. By coming together, we aim to not only grow as a company but also transform the way people experience real estate, offering innovative solutions, personalized service and life-changing outcomes. Most importantly, the partnership fosters a supportive, family-like environment that prioritizes both professional and personal growth.”

Cox says she intends to leverage the momentum this move creates to further expand the team, open new offices and enhance service offerings. “This partnership will position the brokerage to attract top talent, broaden our market reach, and leverage advanced tools and resources to provide even greater value to agents and clients alike,” she explained.

“We are all very excited about the expanded opportunities and resources this new business relationship offers,” said Liss. “From enhanced support systems, including cutting-edge tools, streamlined processes, and improved training programs, along with a larger network for collaboration and referrals, this stronger, unified company will boost market presence and credibility, while the expanded geographic footprint will allow agents to better serve diverse client needs. At the end of the day, this exciting development will allow us to provide an even higher level of service to our clients.”
