RE/MAX Regional Services Selects ForeclosurePoint for Online Foreclosure Property Search

RISMEDIA, June 9, 2008-ForeclosurePoint, which provides online information and technology services to real estate professionals, announced that RE/MAX Regional Services will use ForeclosurePoint’s BrokerOffice product across multiple regional websites, helping RE/MAX Regional Services turn its websites into foreclosure property destination sites that generate a high rate of buyer leads and sales.According to the company, ForeclosurePoint.com features nationwide foreclosure property listings, with property addresses, filing dates, estimated opening bids and satellite images, among other property details.

With BrokerOffice from ForeclosurePoint seamlessly integrated on multiple RE/MAX Regional Services websites, home buyers and investors visiting those websites will be able to search and research default properties in those markets. Searching will be free to site visitors, with ready access to foreclosure experts from RE/MAX Regional Services.

ForeclosurePoint also will be the exclusive foreclosure property information provider on the RE/MAX Regional Services sites that are part of the agreement announced:

www.remax-tennessee.com (RE/MAX of Tennessee)
www.remax-ohio.com (RE/MAX of Southern Ohio)

Resources include information on national and local foreclosure laws, and exclusive feature articles by foreclosure experts.

BrokerOffice is one of the only products available to real estate brokers and sales associates that displays listings, including property addresses, directly on agency websites, so visitors can research properties without leaving a broker or agency’s website. Agency branding is fully maintained with the integration of BrokerOffice.

“To participate effectively in the foreclosure market, RE/MAX Regional Services professionals must position themselves as foreclosure experts who can help homebuyers and investors identify opportunities and close transactions,” said Eric Garner, technology director at RE/MAX Regional Services. “ForeclosurePoint’s BrokerOffice is a superior solution that will attract a larger share of Internet traffic and monetize the foreclosure property market.”
