RISMEDIA, January 18, 2010—Joseph A. Horning, president of Shorewest, Realtors, was elected chairman of the Realty Alliance at its December meeting. The directors of The Realty Alliance voted to make Horning chairman of the board effective immediately. He will serve in the top volunteer post through the fall of 2011.
