Thousands of real estate professionals each month are polled to answer five quick questions about their outlook on market conditions in their area. Responses are then tabulated and form the current Real Estate Confidence Index score.
The RECI provides market participants with a view of how their market is expected to do over the coming months as well as a view into how other markets will fair, in comparison.
