New Year, New Life – Realty Executives Brokers Launch ‘Love Your Life’ Campaign to Embrace Life/Work Balance

RISMEDIA, March 9, 2011—With the dramatic shift in the real estate industry and the economy over the past few years, Realty Executives Nevada Broker/Owners Jeff and Fafie Moore, CRS, CRB, CRP, have faced the challenges of the market head-on as one of the largest real estate brokerages in the state.

Las Vegas, at the epicenter of the housing debacle, is a market dominated by distressed properties and a decline in the median price home of over 60% in the past five years. This equates to some REALTORS® taking a 60% cut in pay if they did the same unit volume this year as compared to 2005.

To embrace the market shift and leverage opportunities, Jeff and Fafie Moore revised Realty Executives Nevada’s business model to focus on supporting their agents’ adaptation today, and into tomorrow.

“Our mission is to empower our agents with a competitive advantage through progressive technology, proven systems and continuous training so they are equipped in every market cycle,” says Jeff Moore.

Even though today’s market is experiencing an influx of short sales and REOs, Moore adds that real estate professionals need to continue to work their sphere of influence and diversify with other options, such as new homes and equity sales that have been competitively priced, to ensure they always have business in their pipeline.

“Our campaign for 2011 is ‘Love Your Life,’” states Fafie Moore. “We believe in working on your business, not in it; so our Executives (real estate agents) can get the job done and have a healthy balance of work and life to pursue personal goals and family. Not only do real estate professionals need to have a business plan, they need to have a plan for activities to achieve all of their life goals.”
