From business relationships to personal relationships, communication is key to success. Diane M. Ramirez of Halstead Property uses communication to keep up with her agents. What’s her top trick? Repetition. “When it comes to communication, my motto is: Say it. Say it again. And go ahead and repeat yourself,” says Ramirez. Top tip for staying organized: Try to touch things just once.
Best tip for running a successful meeting: Have an agenda. In addition, make sure everyone is prepared by clearly defining what needs to be accomplished before the meeting.
