Joy Rice

Joy Rice is the Team Leader of Joy Rice Realty Group with RE/MAX DFW Associates. I have been practicing real estate for almost seven years and possess a stout knowledge of the Dallas - Fort Worth real estate market.

Because of a keen awareness, skill, and education level, I am a strong negotiator which benefits all my clients and helps them retain more money whether they are on the buying or selling side of a transaction.

Over time, as the needs of her clients have changed, she has adapted to those changes by increasing the size of her team. I learned that to be responsive, I really needed a hearty support system to accomplish the daily tasks.

I went from being a single agent to in 2001 to leading a team of seven in 2007. One of the best decisions I made was to create a partnership with my husband, Ray. He is the broker owner of Rice Capital Mortgage. This has allowed us to seamlessly work with our clients and get them to closing table as quickly and with little out-of-pocket expenses as possible.

Our clients love us and appreciate the service that we provide them. As a result, Ray and I receive many referrals from past clients. This is such a testament to our client commitment.
