RISMEDIA, June 6, 2007-AgencyLogic has announced that it has acquired the 123 Main Street? (www.123mainstreet.com) assets from Thunder Lake Media, LLC in a deal involving cash and future revenues.
123 Main Street will now work with AgencyLogic in providing existing and future 123 Main Street clients with a private label version of the AgencyLogic PowerSite single property Web site product.
“123 Main Street is a significant player in the single property Web site market and by joining our resources we strengthen the competitive position of both organizations,” said Stephen Fells, CEO of AgencyLogic. “This acquisition helps us move towards our primary goal of positioning AgencyLogic PowerSites as the leading online marketing tool for Realtors. In addition to gaining market share this deal will also provide us with access to untapped markets and will increase revenue in what we hope will be the first of several similar transactions.”
“We have long admired the AgencyLogic PowerSite product which remains the industry leader in single property Web sites,” said Jay Otlewski, president of Thunder Lake Media, LLC. “Offering our clients the most feature rich and cost effective single property Web site product on the market is very exciting. This will enable us to continue working with our clients to ensure that their use of the AgencyLogic PowerSite product strengthens the marketing of their listings.”
PowerSites contain the information that buyers are looking for about a particular property - in one Web site, according to the company. AgencyLogic PowerSites allow Realtors to create comprehensive, single property Web sites for less than the cost of a newspaper ad.
Each PowerSite includes a Web site address e.g., www.123AnySt.com, one year of hosting and all the tools needed to describe the property in detail, add photos, floor plans, create slideshows, upload related documents, map the property, create custom links, add video, blogs or podcasts as well as marketing tools such as free syndication to the major real estate search engines.
