Advanced Access Joins Forces with eNeighborhoods for Website Upgrade

RISMEDIA, March 25, 2008-Advanced Access, a division of Dominion Enterprises, has joined forces with eNeighborhoods to provide a free upgrade to its client’s websites by providing a new, valuable, and robust offering of consumer-oriented data that is called Neighborhood Data Exchange (NDX).

eNeighborhoods is a compiler of real estate related home and neighborhood information, providing real estate and related industries with a comprehensive set of marketing and analytical tools. According to the company, the NDX product integrates and delivers over 275 fields of information about schools, demographics, employment, housing, crime, climate, and property-sold data. The service also includes an improved mapping system, which allows consumers to conduct instant searches to aide in their real estate transactions.

The information which is powered by eNeighborhoods, is delivered in an XML format that can be integrated with other data sources, such as MLS or IDX/VOW property databases. With over 90% of sellers acquiring information related to selling, and over 80% of buyers searching for a home to purchase, the company says that having the necessary information on an Advanced Access website is crucial to Internet marketing success.
