RELO Direct®, Inc. has expanded its global service delivery team with the addition of Ann Merritt, GMS, the company has announced. Merritt will serve as the director of Client Services to the growing mobility service organization and will be responsible for international service delivery management, implementation, and quality assurance.
Merritt brings more than 12 years of experience in the global mobility industry, with an extensive background in immigration, training, customer service, and project management. She was an expatriate for more than four years and is fluent in Spanish. Merritt earned an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s of Science in Secondary Education with a concentration in Spanish from Northwestern University. She holds the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS™) designation from Worldwide ERC® and has acquired a Green Belt Certificate in Six Sigma.
