Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate announced its 2014 award recipients at the brand’s international conference, Fusion 2015 held recently in Las Vegas with record-setting attendance. Based on stringent criteria in the categories of total closed unit volume and commission income, performance-based awards serve as a way to acknowledge the top producers within the network nationwide. The highest category, Emerald Elite, is bestowed to the top 2 percent of all affiliated agents and teams in the BHGRE® network; Platinum winners represent the top 3 percent; Gold winners represent the top 5 percent; and, Silver winners represent the top 15 percent. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate also recognizes companies, agents and teams throughout the network that excel in particular niches and areas of business vital to real estate through specialized nomination-based awards.
“Our brand continues to grow by affiliating with brokers and agents throughout the country who are not only strong performers in their marketplace, but who embrace innovation, and embody the values and culture of the BHGRE brand through their own local efforts,” says Sherry Chris, president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC. “This winning combination continues to set the BHGRE network apart from its competition, and it is our great pleasure to celebrate the achievements of the many exceptional members of our network.”
