Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Professional Realty has selected SocialSurvey, a leading enterprise reputation management solution for professionals and brands in the real estate industry, for use among its customer experience with 500 agents across the states of Ohio and Kentucky, the company has announced.
SocialSurvey is a new tool that captures customer experience in an easy to use way and helps companies manage their performance and their online reputations. It is the first launch of its dotloop® data management features, which allows professionals to set it and forget it: the system does all the work for them. The new data collection, integration and direction makes SocialSurvey the most robust tool in the industry. Berkshire Hathaway is the 8th real-estate company to partner with SocialSurvey, since it launched 5 months ago. The system will deploy initially to support 500 agents in 25 offices
With this partnership, Berkshire Hathaway agents can now follow up with home buyers and sellers immediately after a transaction via a brief survey in which clients are asked to rate their agent from one to five stars based on communication quality, customer service and overall satisfaction. Positive comments are automatically posted to the agents’ and company websites, along with their accounts in Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Additionally, SocialSurvey will promote their other review sites, including Zillow, Yelp, Realtor.com and Google+. Any customer concerns are immediately sent to a resolution center to be addressed promptly.
“We are excited about using SocialSurvey for our overall performance management” says David Mussari, Managing Partner at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Professional Realty. “The system allows us a dynamic way to let customers and prospects know our professional performance is trusted and why. It also provides our management with robust dashboard performance metrics on which we can rely to improve our overall performance and to meet compliance requirements in an easy to use way.
