Ken Olin and Patricia Wettig have recently listed their Santa Monica, Calif. residence for $6.9 million dollars. Olin, an actor, director and producer (“Alias,” “Brothers & Sisters),” and Wettig, a three-time Emmy-winning actress (“Brothers & Sisters,” “Thirtysomething”) have lived in the the early 20th century center hall Colonial Revival residence for over 15 years, but are finally calling it quits.
Designed by distinguished L.A. architects Sumner Hunt and Silas Burns and built in 1913, the 4,584-square foot home has four bedrooms, 3.75 bathrooms plus a separate guest house. Outside, an expansive and well-manicured garden sits with a fountain, and a solar heated, dark-bottomed swimming pool is accompanied by an outdoor fireplace.
