Realogy Holdings Corp., a global leader in real estate franchising and provider of real estate brokerage, relocation and settlement services, recently welcomed New Jersey Governor Chris Christie at the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the company’s new global headquarters at 175 Park Avenue in Madison, N.J. Christie joined Richard A. Smith, Realogy’s chairman, chief executive officer and president in cutting the ribbon. Speakers also included Jon Hanson, founder and chief executive officer of the Hampshire Real Estate Companies, and Robert Conley, Mayor of the Borough of Madison.
Governor Christie said, “This ribbon-cutting signifies much more than just an investment in your business; it’s an investment in New Jersey and its residents, and a testament to your faith in our state. More importantly, I’m proud that our administration was able to partner with you to secure that investment in our state and in our people.”
“We give our sincere thanks to Governor Christie and his administration for the decisive steps they took to keep our company and its New Jersey-based employees in New Jersey,” said Smith. “Today marks another milestone event for our company as we officially celebrate being in our new international headquarters here in Madison. It is a magnificent building that we are proud to call ‘home’ and we are equally proud to call the community of Madison our home.”
