RISMedia (July 2, 2013)- Michele Hagan joins Real Living Lifestyles, bringing with her many years of education in coaching and teaching people how to build their businesses. With her extensive experience, Hagan is a well rounded business professional who will be a key asset in the real estate arena.
Hagan has been an Attorney, practicing real estate law since 1994, having completed seminars as a presenter on many legal matters. Hagan earned her undergraduate degree in City Planning (Urban Studies & Planning) from UC San Diego, and is able to provide advise concerning numerous legal issues including liabilities, land use, civil rights, and zoning cases.
Hagan learned several ways to help people build successful careers during her time as both an Executive Director and a Professor. As a Professor, Hagan developed and presented several real estate continuing education seminars. As a Executive Director at CA Community Colleges Real Estate Education Center, Hagan led a non-profit real estate education center serving 110 community colleges, students, real estate teachers, and the general public.
Hagan earned her Real Estate Broker’s license and has represented buyers and sellers in real estate transactions; including residential, income properties, and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. She also has a background consulting on real estate values, risks, strategies, and property management issues. Real Living agents are thrilled to have Hagan as part of the Real Living team.
Also a former columnist with the Los Angeles Daily Journal and San Francisco Daily Journal, Hagan has published many articles in San Francisco’s The Recorder, Salt Lake Record, San Diego Bar Journal and on her blog TrialReady.com.
