While the real estate recovery continues to move forward, many brokers and agents are running into a somewhat unexpected roadblock: not enough inventory. The current status of the inventory shortage along with strategies for dealing with a listing-poor marketplace will be the focus of a high-level panel discussion taking place at RISMedia’s 2013 Real Estate CEO Exchange, being held at New York City’s Yale Club next month.
“The Inventory Conundrum: The Current Outlook and Strategies for Coping with Shortage” will begin with an in-depth analysis of the inventory scenario from leading economist Dr. John Tuccillo, and will then follow with strategies from leading brokers for increasing business despite inventory shortfall.
This important educational session will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 17, the opening day of the CEO Exchange, from 2:45 – 3:45 p.m. The session will be moderated by RISMedia President & CEO John Featherston and will feature the following industry experts:
Dr. John Tuccillo – Chief Economist, Florida REALTORS®
Sherry Chris – President & CEO, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, LLC
Helen Hanna Casey – President, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services
Bill Plattos – General Manager/Executive Vice President – First Team Real Estate
Todd Hetherington – CEO, NM Management, Inc./CENTURY 21 New Millennium
